Holiday Winemaker Dinner: Dec. 11, 2021

We are thrilled to announce our Holiday Winemaker Dinner that will be hosted in our barrel room on Saturday, December 11th, 6:00-9:00pm. Indulge in a decadently crafted menu curated by the talented Chef Kristen Sturla. Owner and winemaker, Bret Hogan, will provide insights about each wine as it is paired to perfection. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about your favorite Côte West wines while relaxing and celebrating the holiday season. Seating is very limited (30 guests max), so please don't wait to make your reservation (note vaccinations are required). $140.00 per guest / $120.00 for Club Members

 Passed canapé paired with 2019 Pétillant Naturel

Triple cream brie crostini with roasted butternut squash, pomegranate seeds, drizzled with local honey 

First course paired with 2017 La Cruz Sonoma Coast Chardonnay

Crispy Dungeness crab cakes over a bed of local greens with a tarragon lemon butter sauce 

Second course paired with 2017 La Cruz Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir

Duck confit agnolotti with a wild mushroom cream sauce, microgreens and white truffle oil  

Third course paired with 2019 Mariana's Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon

Sous vide fillet mignon, butternut squash puree, oven roasted broccolini and a red wine demi glace
